Incredibly helpful staff including Susan, ,Wil, Megan. Plentiful selection of gorgeous plants. Tons of succulents. Beautiful gift shop!

We’ve probably spend way too much money here over the years. But they are just simply the best in town. They recently completed some major nice renovations to the property so that checking out is a nice experience. Here’s some of the beautiful plants we’ve purchased. Also soil, mulch, you name it they have it.

Buchanan’s Nursery is one of those places you can easily spend hours exploring. If you’re looking for plants, they have a huge variety for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Thinking about starting your own garden? They carry their own proprietary soils and compost, along with a great selection of heirloom seeds. If you’re in the market for pots, they may run a little higher in price, but the selection is massive and worth checking out. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. And when you stop by Buchanan’s Native Plants, make sure to say hi to Martin he’s definitely a character & very helpful with any question you may have!

Amazing place with great customer service! I had to stop myself from buying all the plants I wanted! Huge selection of plants and pots with prices to meet every budget. The nursery is very well kept and easy to get around. Care instructions are put near each plant which makes it helpful in choosing what fits your life-style and/or wants.

One of the best nurseries I have been to in all of Houston! Wide variety of plants. Decent pricing. Clean and well cared for. Very super decor and ambience. VERY VERY well organized with themed sections. They even have a Plant Bar - you can get pots purchased their drilled, clean up your pots, repot, etc. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered so many plant care questions for me. They have 2 deck trollies available throughout, and cardboard trays for your plants to carry. They sell pots and other decord items, as well as soil, seeds, plant food and supplies. They even have a roll of Car protecting plastic sheets. They even have a loyalty program and for your birthday month you get $10 off. Overall, BEST experience and super happy with my purchases and service.
